understanding assesment

After reading this I realized that rhetoric is the groundwork for all writing. The purpose must be established early on we well as who the audience is. This chapter helped me to understand tuning in final work to make it a portfolio. I realize now that the final work portrays yourself and your ambitions as a writer. I want to focus my writing on interesting things that people will want to read. This is what is important to me to me it is important that my portfolio shows the best of my writing ability.
